Estudio de la cultura y el clima organizacional en una Institución Educativa, cantón Cuenca. Caso: Unidad Educativa Francisco Eugenio Tamariz. Período septiembre 2022-febrero 2023

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the culture and work environment in an educational unit in Cuenca Canton, Nulti Parish. The methodology used starts from a mixed approach, with a population of 23 collaborators of the institution. The results on organizational culture based on Hofstede's cultural model show that the institution is characterized by the existence of distancing from power, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity and moderation; On the other hand, the work environment results obtained with the EDCO scale show a score of 141 out of 200, placing it at an average level, therefore, the work environment in the institution is not considered favorable or unfavorable.
