Abstract

The present study is a key piece to establish what happens in the route that the goods are being moved by the transporters and such manipulation happens, in order to optimize the adulteration of the cargo in the different facets of the deliveries. The main objective is to analyze the logistic process in the delivery of goods carried out in land transport companies. In order to achieve this purpose, the current situation of transportation of imported goods will be revealed, in order to determine the packing and packaging techniques according to the goods and type of transportation, and finally to evaluate the strategies to be applied for a correct logistic process of delivery. The qualitative research method will be applied where the interview will be used, which will be chosen to people from different transport companies achieving a wider and deeper information, also non-experimental, where studies published in magazines and official websites related to the subject will be analyzed. After the respective interview, it was obtained as main result that the most important thing is to program the shipments with the purpose that the merchandise arrives on time, so that the costs are less. In this way, it is concluded that transportation logistics is facing a more generalized and competitive world with customers who demand better quality of goods and benefits
