Abstract

plan was carried out to prevent incidents in the El Agricultor organization, which consisted of 4 stages: In stage 1, the analysis of the current reality of this company was carried out, which allowed knowing in what situation it was in terms of legal compliance; in stage 2 the risks of the production area were evaluated using the matrices which were the INSHT and Meseri; in stage 3, the risks detected through the matrices were analyzed, which yielded a result that the most prevalent risk in the company is of a mechanical type with an intolerable estimate representing 45% of the total risks identified in production; In the last phase, according to the risk estimate, a prevention plan was offered, which details the choice of appointing a person in charge to carry out the respective risk control, as well as the method to follow to incorporate a new worker and the separation of the same, in addition, the training schedule that must be followed with the topics to be discussed is detailed, likewise the intolerable mechanical risks of estimation were prioritized and finally, trivial risks were left since the INSHT methodology did so. defines, based on this, the corrective actions of the identified risks were carried out and finally the budget that should be invested in the implementation was presented, in addition the cost / benefit was calculated, obtaining a result of >2.62 which according to to the cost/benefit methodology, the implementation of the project is viable in relation to the expenses that have been made in the labor accidents that have been they had presented It is concluded that the implementation would increase compliance with legal regulations from 26.9% to 80%, providing a risk-free work environment.
