Intervención terapéutica para disminuir violencia entre pares, en los niños y niñas de 8 a 12 años que asisten al Programa Acción Guambras, centro de referencia “Mi Patio”

Abstract

In this degree project, an intervention program was developed based on the implementation of 10 workshops with the objective of reducing peer violence in children attending the Reference Center "Mi Patio" located in the southern sector of the Metropolitan District of Quito. Thus, referring to the methodology proposed for the systematization of the experience, which was based on the results obtained from the pre and post test of the Aggressiveness Scale (EGA), which objectively through the use of the statistical tool SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) a comparison of the construct of aggressiveness and its dimensions (physical, verbal and psychological) was made, where a comparison of the construct of aggressiveness and its dimensions (physical, verbal and psychological) was made, where the results obtained from the pre and post test of the Aggressiveness Scale (EGA) were compared, The results obtained show a tendency towards a decrease in the levels of peer violence; however, it is evident that the normalization of violence is related to the results obtained.
