Diseño del sistema productivo para procesar la pulpa de mango en una hacienda agrícola en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

The descriptive, quantitative, field methodology was applied, with the use of a survey applied to a sample of 50 varied workers in the cultivation and logistics area, whose results showed 17% of mango waste in the agricultural farm of Guayaquil, the main types of rejections that are generated in the packing plant for export correspond to the following non-conforming products, rotten/ripened (60%), chopped (16%) and pounded (11%), being the three main causes for not having recovered the waste of this fruit, the lack of machinery and equipment to perform the process of pulping.
