Diseño y desarrollo de una plataforma Web para promocionar sitios turísticos comunitarios en Ecuador

Abstract

The objective of this technical project is to develop a web page which will make known the different places and services oriented to community tourism in the province of Cotopaxi, offering different options to tourists. This proposal is aimed at enhancing the different tourist places and services in the specified province since some places are little promoted or unknown to tourists. The application offers the user the possibility of registering different tourist places, which will be published within the same application, in this way the system will announce the location and trace routes to reach the tourist destination. In addition, it will be possible to register and publish tourist services (Food, lodging, activities) as enhancers of tourist attractions. The application has tools that facilitate proper management of the registry, while the interaction with it will be user-friendly. With this proposed proposal, the aim is to resolve the technological gap that will help the tourist to obtain information about said tourist place and the entrepreneur to publicize his place or tourist service.
