Auditoría ambiental de cumplimiento a la empresa rectificadora de tanques Kaiser ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

The Grinding Tanks Company Kaiser of Guayaquil city is required to submit to regulatory agencies such as M.I. Mayor House of Guayaquil reports Environmental Compliance Audits by external or independent agent of the company. The level of compliance with existing environmental laws of The Grinding Tanks Company Kaiser will be determined through an Environmental Compliance Audit, to identify the existence of activities that go against environmental regulations or is at high risk for the environment. The environmental compliance auditing to The Grinding Company Tanks Kaiser was held in the installations of the same area, with the purpose of gather information and obtain evidence. For the development of the environmental audit was a developed environmental record containing specific regulations that The Grinding Company Kaiser must fulfill. During the audit new environmental impacts were not found. The result of the audit left a fulfillment of: a) 57% about the Environmental Management Plan, b) 82% about the Environmental Regulations and c) 75% about the Environmental License, making an overall weight of compliance 71%. With the non-conformities both high (NC +) and minor (NC -), was prepared an Action Plan, the same as described in Chapter IV of this project to complete the environmental compliance audit was modified the Environmental Management Plan of Environmental Impact Study Ex - Post 2009, the new Environmental Management Plan done by this audit is located in Chapter V. The Grinding Tanks Kaiser maintains proper segregation of hazard wastes and non-hazard, the analysis of industrial wastewater, environmental noise and particles matter are within the permissible limits.
