Abstract

The following document will address the management models a director of a Child Development Center can use in order to conduct a comparative study of the management processes in a private institution and in a publication. For this purpose, the theoretical framework contents: the issue of educational management and administrative process in the first, the second chapter analyzes management models and styles, the third chapter will focus on the functions to be fulfilled by a director of a child development center, finally, in the fourth chapter the discussion will be focused on the instruments required to be carried out and implemented in educational institutions and childcare centers including: the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
