| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo pretende facilitar herramientas prácticas y de aplicación inmediata para la Radio Municipal de Quito, luego de investigar y analizar los diferentes procesos de funcionamiento en el área administrativa, la cual necesita de instructivos escritos que den a conocer las actividades y exigencias de cada puesto. Otro aspecto a ser considerado es la mejora en el ambiente de trabajo para esto se sugiere un calendario de talleres, actividades de interrelación, motivación y capacitación, para así optimizar resultados que se reflejen en las metas anuales planteadas por la institución radial para ofrecer un servicio óptimo al oyente y usuarios en general afirmando de esta manera que el talento humano que posee la institución es la herramienta más importante y el motor que hace funcionar día a día a la emisora. | en_ES |
