dc.descriptionThis work is born with the need to optimize the costs of a textile manufacturing SMEs, applying as a tool to improve the Six Sigma methodology. The paper begins with a brief description of the theoretical debate that allows lay the theoretical basis on which the job will run. Later in the theoretical framework of the diffusion terms that is within the work is done. A statement of what constitutes the DMAIC cycle, the main statistical tools to be used, and the definitions of costs affecting SMEs is then made.en_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo nace con la necesidad de optimizar los costos de una PYMES de confección textil, aplicando como una herramienta de mejorar la metodología Seis Sigma. El trabajo se inicia con una breve descripción del debate teórico que permite sentar la base teórica sobre la que se desarrollará el trabajo. Posteriormente en el marco teórico se hace la difusión de los términos con los que se trata dentro del trabajo. Luego se hace una exposición de lo que constituye el ciclo DMAIC, las principales herramientas estadísticas que se va a utilizar, y de las definiciones de costos que afectan a las Pymes.en_ES
