Abstract

The design of a plan for implementing standards of Quality, Environment and Security in the assemblage section of Lenical company, represents having a clear approach on how to structure standards, and that this is a framework for all other sections of the company. These standards are thus to be a basis for the company in the future to establish an integrated management system for quality, environment and safety. In this way the company can increase its competitiveness, productivity, services and organizational growth.
