Desarrollo de una propuesta de producción de asaderos para camping desmontable en la empresa CCH Laser Servicios Metalmecánicos

Abstract

The present study focuses on the challenge of the company CCH Laser Metalmecanic Services that, despite having pointed and installed capacity technology, do not have their own product line, depending entirely on the services offered by externally cutting and painting, which give it economic sustainability. This situation hinders its growth, reducing its competitiveness in the metalworking sector; Therefore, the need to design and implement a different product to use its resources was detected. The main objective of the research was to define the technical and material requirements, also to design a production line. Also evaluate the economic viability of the manufacture of detachable roasters for camping, with standardized measures of 60x30x40 cm. The methodology used combines descriptive and applied analysis, including lean manufacturing tools such as VSM, 5S and molt elimination. Likewise, computer -assisted design and an economic study based on the calculation of unit costs, BEP equilibrium point and the ROI investment return. The results showed that A-36 steel is the most suitable for its resistance, it can be achieved at low cost compared to stainless steel. Quantitatively, a profitable unit cost was calculated, a positive ROI with sales from 40 to month, and a successful BEP. In conclusion, introducing this line is viable, technically and economically, diversifies the business, and gives more value to the camping articles in Ecuador.
