El femicidio análisis del caso Naomi Arcentales

Abstract

Femicide is one of the most extreme manifestations of gender violence, with profound social and cultural consequences . This article analyzes the case of Naomi Arcentales as an emblematic example of the problem. Through a qualitative approach, it examines the structural factors that contributed to her death, including the systematic violence she faced, the failures in the judicial system and the social response to the case. The results highlight the lack of effective mechanisms to protect victims and the influence of impunity in the perpetuation of gender-based violence. This analysis also explores how corruption and institutional inefficiency reinforce a cycle of violence that hinders the resolution of these cases and aggravates the suffering of the victims and their families. This work not only seeks to make these shortcomings visible, but also to raise awareness of the need to implement reforms to ensure justice and protection
