Abstract

The requirement of a conveyor system for corrugated cardboard boxes to avoid staining the boxes due to friction and affect the quality of the product proposes the design of a conveyor system on the X axis using metal rollers driven by a geared motor, the conveyor system on the Y axis using round belts driven by a geared motor; the Y conveyor is hidden over the rollers by a system of 4 pneumatic cylinders. The design is presented in Inventor software and the elements used are available in the national market, guaranteeing reliability and safety.
