Abstract

This degree work focuses on the geometric and structural design of the pavement for the San José de Raranga road, from abscissa 0+000 to the San Vicente Y-intersection. The comprehensive study includes a topographic survey, traffic analysis and a soil study to ensure the stability and durability of the flexible pavement designed to withstand the required stresses. It also includes the design of ditches and the estimation of the total project budget, ensuring a substantial improvement in the connectivity and socioeconomic development of the region.
