Abstract

The systematization of classes in the U.E.C.I.B. Ing. Hermel Tayupanda acquires a unique character due to its Intercultural Bilingual design. This educational approach requires meticulous planning that transcends the simple organization of activities and delves into the understanding of the diverse cultures and languages present in the classroom. In this context, systematization becomes a dynamic and flexible process that responds to the specific needs of students, based on the properties of multiplication, particularly associative and commutative. The rigidity of a predefined educational model is abandoned to give way to a pedagogical approach that promotes learning beyond the theoretical and logical. A fundamental aspect of this systematization is the approach to cultural and linguistic diversity. Educational methodologies are designed and implemented taking into account the different living languages of the region, promoting respect and appreciation of the different cultures present in the classroom. The results of the systematization in the U.E.C.I.B. Ing. Hermel Tayupanda not only demonstrate the progress of the students, but also the professional growth of the teacher. This process allows you to reflect on your own teaching vision and the application of pedagogical and methodological strategies appropriate for a multicultural and bilingual approach.
