Abstract

The research focused on the analysis of the organizational structure of Tecnicentro León S.A.S. due to the presence of inconsistencies in its organization. A mixed approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods was used in a cross-sectional study. The objective of the research was to provide a detailed and accurate description of the company's current situation. Interviews with department heads and customer surveys were conducted to identify deficiencies, such as the lack of assignment of responsibilities to employees. As a result, an organizational chart was drawn up that will allow for more orderly work in the company, and the creation of a functions manual was proposed.
