Abstract

The degree work addresses the expansion of a drinking water network in the community of San José de Raranga, Sigsig canton, in which technical criteria for pipes, nodes and accessories were examined to ensure a supply of drinking water for the future population, implementing the hydraulic modeling tool WaterGEMS that allows optimizing the distribution and minimizing pressure losses. The study contributes to the development of an efficient drinking water supply system that meets the specific demands of the community.
