Impacto de los riesgos psicosociales en el desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de limpieza de dos PYMES tercerizadas en el D.M.Q durante el periodo de febrero- julio del 2023

Abstract

This research project was developed in two SMEs located in the Metropolitan District of Quito during the period February-July 2023, with the participation of a total of 47 workers from the cleaning area, who are considered the main beneficiaries of the project, the main intention is describe the impact of psychosocial risks on cleaning workers, the design used for the project was through a diagnosis. Where the psychosocial risks were evaluated using the CoPsoQ-istas21 evaluation instrument, once the data was obtained it was possible to work on prevention strategies in the dimensions with the highest degree of affectation, the study was carried out to contribute to the prevention and description of how Psychosocial risks affect the worker.
