Abstract

Self-esteem is the assessment that a person has of himself, both positive and negative, for which the research will be carried out on the areas of self-esteem present in first and second high school students of the “Unidad Educativa Particular Carlos Crespi II” in Cuenca. For this, the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Test was used, resulting in a very low level of self-esteem in the personal area with 41.38% of the 29 participating students.
