Análisis de los factores que limitan el crecimiento de las micro y pequeñas empresas de Guayaquil, periodo 2020-2022

Abstract

This research work focuses on micro and small businesses in Guayaquil, the objective of the study is to analyze the factors that limit the growth of micro and small businesses in this city. The methodology that was obtained was of a descriptive nature with a quantitative approach to show the respective graphs and tables, in addition, information was collected through an interview and surveys from which valuable data on the mypes were obtained. The results showed that the determining factors for the growth of companies are the sources of financing, human capital and technology. These aspects are fundamental for a business to achieve the established goals and the desired profitability.
