Estudio del riesgo psicosocial y diseño del plan de intervención, Caso: Corrugadora Nacional Cransa. S.A, Año 2022

Abstract

Psychosocial risks are manifested in all areas, since the human being is a social entity and is destined to live with their peers, therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the labor field, where the worker is constantly exposed to personal and external factors (amount and pace of work, activities, schedules, etc.) that have a positive or negative influence (Espinoza et al., 2020). The objective of this investigation was to analyze the level of psychosocial risk present in the workers of the Empresa Corrugadora Nacional Cransa S.A. The study was descriptive, bibliographic, non-experimental, cross-sectional.

For the collection of information, the ISTAS 21 Questionnaire was used, which evaluates the level of psychosocial risk in five dimensions, which was applied to a population of 114 workers with different positions: as machine helpers, operators, forklift drivers, support, maintenance, and administration. Once the data was collected, a quantitative analysis of the same was carried out to establish the diagnosis of the levels of risk categories, confirming or ruling out the hypotheses raised.

The results obtained indicate that most of the workers presented a psychosocial risk between low and medium in relation to the dimensions of psychosocial demands: active work and development possibilities; social support in the company and quality of leadership, while a small proportion presented psychosocial risk at medium to high levels in the dimensions of compensation and double presence.

The information generated finally allowed us to conclude that the levels of psychosocial risk factors do not affect the physical or mental health situation of the workers and the levels that are present can be controlled through an intervention plan that includes awareness, socialization, and training on them for their correct prevention.
