| Abstract: | The objective of this research was to evaluate the animal welfare of pigs in fattening stage through the "Welfare Quality" protocol, in the pig farm CRIATEC S.A. Hacienda La Fortuna, located in the parish of Tenguel. Obtaining optimal results, which demonstrate that there are no implications that disturb or threaten the Animal Welfare of pigs. |
| Translated abstract: | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, evaluar el bienestar animal de cerdos en etapa de engorde mediante el protocolo “Welfare Quality”, en la granja porcina CRIATEC S.A. Hacienda La Fortuna, ubicada en la parroquia de Tenguel. Obteniendo resultados óptimos, que demuestran que no existen implicaciones que perturben o atenten en contra del Bienestar Animal de los cerdos. |
