Diseño de un tanque de presión para red de aire comprimido de la empresa INMACOV según la norma ASME sección VIII

Abstract

The purpose of the certification project is to design a pressure tank for the compressed air network of the company INMACOV according to the ASME VIII regulation. For this purpose, the study of the pneumatic network is carried out, which establishes the initial conditions for the development of the calculation, design and selection of the components that make up the pressure tank, complying with the provisions of the regulation, finally by means of engineering software an evaluation is made using finite elements where the results obtained from the computation are verified ensuring their optimal operation in the compressed air network. The results obtained in the project demonstrates that the proposed design meets the safety standards established by the ASME VIII regulation, guaranteeing a reliable and safe operation of the pressure tank for the INMACOV company.
