Estudio y diseño del sistema de alcantarillado sanitario y diseño de planta de tratamiento ubicado en la Comunidad de Pulinguí, barrio Santa Fe, cantón Guano, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

This project presents an evaluation, diagnostic and definitive design study of the sanitary sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant for the sanitation of the Santa Fe neighborhood, Pulinguí community, Guano canton, Chimborazo province, this study was designed according to the criteria of the Design Standards of the Undersecretary of Environmental Sanitation (SENAGUA), RASS 2000, Standards of the former IEOS, INEN and NEC 2015, for sewage systems and treatment plant in order to provide assistance to the residents of the neighborhood who do not have sustainable access to sanitation services. The GAD Municipal of Canton Guano, representatives of the Santa Fe neighborhood and future users of the system have collaborated in the implementation of the project, showing great interest in the prompt materialization of the project, which will greatly improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, since the absence of a sanitation work is directly related to the hygiene and health of the population, since the use of latrines does not guarantee proper sanitation and, being in direct contact with the users, causes diseases such as parasites and gastrointestinal diseases to proliferate.
