Análisis de riesgo ergonómico en los trabajadores del área de bodega de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de perfiles de aluminio

Abstract

The present research work is carried out with the objective of carrying out an identification and evaluation of the ergonomic risk factors in the workers of the warehouse area of a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of aluminum profiles. The work was carried out with a general study of the activities carried out by each of the workers in their workplace, identifying the most affecting ergonomic risk factors that they are exposed to. Subsequently, it was based on the principles of occupational health and safety, mainly on the comfort of the worker in his workspace, in turn we based ourselves on an investigative and visual method to be able to see and know how the warehouse personnel work in order to be able to correct said posture errors, since there was a great lumbar affectation in the warehouse personnel due to excessive load and bad posture. The research project will have an economic and social impact on the plant, since ergonomic risks result in injuries and musculoskeletal discomfort, which in turn causes absenteeism in a certain area due to repetitive movements, lifting loads and inappropriate work postures.
