Elaboración de un plan de manejo ambiental para la conservación de la microcuenca de la quebrada Pucará, parroquia Aloasí, cantón Mejía, provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

In this research work, the hill Corazón in the Mejía canton is one of the water sources of natural resources, of the Quebrada Pucará of the Mejía canton, in this investigation the micro-basin of the Quebrada was divided into three zones: high, medium and low, the activities carried out around the micro-basin are anthropogenic due mainly to the agricultural and livestock sector. The parameters analyzed were compared with current regulations established in Ecuador, a comparison is made with the TULSMA Book VI annex 1 and the ministerial agreement 097A checking that we exceed the maximum permissible limits which was developed in tables and graphs the results obtained in the respective analyzes, which the water quality index (ICA) was also carried out to verify the state of the water in the micro-basin since this is also for human consumption for the El Chaupi parish. It was established that in the upper and middle part the values do not exceed the permissible limits of the current regulations and with respect to the ICA analysis it was obtained that in those parts the water is good since it is not exposed to any means of contamination, in the lower part where the water is conducted through a canal, is exposed by agriculture and livestock activities; Through the ICA analysis, the water parameter obtained is regular.
