Diseño de un plan de prevención de riesgos laborales en materia de higiene y seguridad mediante la incidencia de los riesgos mecánicos dentro de una empresa que fabrica productos plásticos

Abstract

This degree work is focused on analyzing the conditions of industrial safety and identifying all those variables that affect the mechanical risks originating within a company that is dedicated to the manufacture of plastic containers, considering that in all its production processes the workers maintain continuous contact with machinery, equipment, hand tools, automatic tools, so that a lack of concentration or a scenario with unsafe working conditions could cause injuries or accidents to personnel when they perform their work, affecting certain parts of the body, such as superficial cuts, crushing, projection of particles into the eyes, mutilations, etc. The methodology used in this research contemplates field and bibliographic research, taking into account academic learning, as well as descriptive and exploratory research for gathering information where the main stakeholders are the workers, area managers and bosses. Finally, an action and monitoring plan will be drawn up for the prevention of occupational risks in the plastic container production plant.
