| Resumen : | En el presente trabajo técnico se evalúa el estado de la empresa, no solo como son sus procesos, sino también cual es la percepción de sus clientes, de esta forma se pudo identificar las áreas de mayor atención e importancia que necesitan ser modificadas en el sistema de gestión de calidad. Para la empresa en este estudio, se realizó un check list para verificar el cumplimiento con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015. Con los resultados obtenidos durante el diagnóstico realizado se puede concluir que la empresa tiene un bajo porcentaje de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, de los cuales se debe actuar en los mas bajo con la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad. |
