Auditoria del Sistema de Seguridad en una Industria Cartonera de Guayaquil

Abstract

In the analysis unit located in the city of Guayaquil, an audit of the occupational health and safety evaluation system was carried out to determine the situational diagnosis. For this evaluation, the situational diagnosis of the scheduled observation plan was carried out, through a personal survey to the head of security of the analysis unit, because he is the one who manages security management. Evidencing opportunities for improvement in the management of the system, so that a guide was prepared in which the description of the activities to be carried out, the person in charge, the costs and the time required to be implemented are established.
