dc.descriptionEste estudio analizó la gestión de la red del MAAC, su oferta cultural, iniciativas digitales surgidas en confinamiento por la pandemia y sus estrategias para atraer públicos. Se aplicó etnografía virtual, entrevistas y análisis de métricas. Se concluyó que los museos no contaban con un plan de digitalización. Más, se expone las acciones, nuevas perspectivas y lineamientos que favorecieron su sostenibilidad.spa
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzed the management of the MAAC museum network, their cultural offer, digital initiatives that emerged in confinement due to the pandemic, and their strategies to attract audiences. Virtual ethnography, interviews and metric analysis were applied. This research concluded that the museums did not have a digitization plan. However, the actions, new perspectives and guidelines that favored their sustainability are exposed.spa
