Resumen traducido: The project for strengthening the organizational climate in strategic areas of the Alberto Correa Cornejo Hospital in the year 2021 was established to contribute to the strengthening of the organizational climate. In this context, the project was executed and subsequently, a systematization process was carried out, which allowed to know the experiences, the lessons learned and the successes and failures of the project execution, as well as to reconstruct the process and the organize the information produced from the intervention. The project was implemented in nine strategic areas of the Alberto Correa Cornejo Hospital, with a total of 16 participants. The results indicate that the project contributed to the strengthening of the organizational climate and also to the social and communicational capacities of the personal in each strategic area of the Alberto Correa Cornejo Hospital, and that the strategies used were pertinent in contributing to the strengthening of the organizational climate. The systematization gathers the different perspectives of the actors involved, who presented their points of view on the design and execution of the project. This process made it possible to reconstruct from beginning to end the project, the results, the processes implemented, as well as the recommendations to be considered to replicate this type of intervention. In this way, the systematization attempts to be a contribution to knowledge, to gather all the lessons learned from this experience, and to consolidate itself as a generator of knowledge from practice, in order to improve and transform it.
