Abstract

The following thesis has been elaborated with the purpose of revealing how motivation is a crucial element for the current business world, in addition, it exhibits the profound role that motivation has when associating with the collaborators of the ConQuito Economic Promotion Agency and how it influences in their job performance. A theoretical and practical research was carried out, based on a systematic review, thus allowing different perspectives of authors to be obtained for its analysis and subsequent application, thus making the objective set more feasible and viable. Consequently, it describes which were the tools that facilitated the process, the results and activities that were applied in the motivational plan and which were achieved, and finally important conclusions and recommendations for the deep understanding of its readers and their subsequent application are detailed. if any company or organization finds it convenient.
