Abstract

The integration between the document management system and the management indicators would be a useful tool for the development of the activities of the different public companies of the Ecuadorian state; taking into account that if the information is digitized and the indicators show the progress of a process; Why not relate the two tasks the document management system and the management indicators in such a way that only with a simple glance you could obtain a data, a percentage or simply a clear vision of the management of a department, area, or the institution to thus schematize the work of the Ecuadorian State. It would be a widely used tool to improve the response to both the internal user and the external user and to know clearly and truthfully the information of the citizens.
