Proyecto de desarrollo y mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa del negocio de servicio técnico automotriz “Electroservicio Rocha” ubicado en el sector del Inca, cantón Quito”

Abstract

The present project, is a study of development and improvement of the administrative management of the automotive technical service business "ElectroServicio Rocha", located in the sector of the Inca, in the city of Quito, through the application of administrative and operational processes that will allow for the development and economic growth of the same, with the aim of guiding the business in question and other PYMES businesses (small and medium-sized enterprises), describing a manual of functions that allows to establish the activities of the collaborators in a more focused and efficient way from the reorganization of its organizational structure ending with marketing strategies to attract new potential clients to the workshop. The objectives of this project are focused on three main axes: To determine an accounting system that is easy to operate and that reflects the economic and financial situation permanently so that decisions can be made in a timely manner for the economic growth of the business, Design an organizational structure of functions and operating processes that allows to establish more clearly the activities to be carried out by the staff in each of the business areas and Propose a strategic marketing plan to enable the business to improve its position vis-à-vis the main competitors in the sector. With regard to the methodology, a qualitative - descriptive method will be used to carry out an analysis and synthesis based on the information obtained, and the exploratory method will be applied, which will allow us to collect information through business process diagnostic techniques.
