Análisis, diseño y desarrollo de un sistema Web de agendas de pacientes para el Centro de Salud La Vicentina que pertenece al Distrito de Salud 17D04

Abstract

The need to develop software more efficiently take to build structures and methodologies that allow to benefit in time and cost the development of a software, in the proposal of this thesis work we analyze the main characteristics of one of these software development methodologies, taking into account the most appropriate according to the current needs that exist in the scheduling process of the Center of health the Vicentina that belongs to the District of Health 17D04, since in the same there were some inconveniences at time of consultation of the information, consultation of available doctors, most used specialties, number of patients seen and availability of offices, since it does not have any module that allows information to be managed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an improvement software that allows managing the flow of information in a more orderly and secure way, manage reports and consolidate data for the correct development of daily activities from the Vicentina Health Center. This house of health has a moderate turnout of patients thanks to the fact that the institution currently holds the specialties of: General medicine,Gynecology, physiotherapy, Speech therapy and occupational therapy, in addition to the registration of the opening of medical records for patients who approach for the first time. For the development of the improvement to the scheduling process, the use of license-free tools was analyzed, but development was decided with a licensed development platform and free database the same ones that allowed the development of a computer system relatively inexpensive, scalable and multi-user in contrast to others that can be found on the market.
