Diseño de alcantarillado sanitario, estructuras de recolección y descarga pluviales y estructuras de tratamiento de aguas servidas del Recinto las Golondrinas, ubicado en la parroquia García Moreno, cantón Cotacachi, provincia Imbabura

Abstract

The present project is located in the Las Golondrinas enclosure, in the province of Imbabura, whose purpose is to provide the design of a sewage system and a treatment plant, to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector. The sewage system and treatment plant are located in an area of 42,02 Ha and a current population of 1610 inhabitants and projected for 30 years of 3863 inhabitants, therefore, the standards were used for the study and design of drinking water systems and wastewater disposal for populations over 1000 inhabitants. The information was collected by the Cotacachi GAD, which provided the topography of the sector, the discharge points, and also made the recommendation to opt for separate sewerage in order to avoid environmental impacts on the Boca Mala and Las Juntas rivers, which was followed in the project, The recommended allocation chosen according to the EX -IEOS (1992) Standard is 200 l/hab/day, for the sewage system and the intensity equation of the M0025- La Concordia zone for the rainwater system, for the design of the treatment plant various literature was taken, With the information provided, the simulation was carried out in the Sewer CAD software and manually in electronic sheets, Once the conditions for an optimal operation of the pipes, gutters and drains were met, the unit price analysis was elaborated, quantification of the different items of the project, budget elaboration, plans of the whole network and the treatment plant.
