Análisis del crecimiento de los emprendimientos dinámicos en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

The research was carried out seeking to know the reality that exists in the city of Guayaquil in terms of the entrepreneurship system, with the aim of determining which are the dynamic undertakings that are selected by Guayaquil residents and that have a high level of acceptance. It analyzes the factors that influence the initial part of the growth of enterprises and the reasons why it motivates them to undertake. Interviews and surveys were conducted with people who consider themselves to be from the SME group and large companies in the country to obtain clear information and to be able to determine the obstacles that do not allow the development of the enterprises in the long term. The main characteristics of dynamic ventures are persevering, innovative, excellent administrators, they see opportunities, they are those who always find a solution to the problem, for its durability in the market.
