dc.descriptionThe objective of this research is the design, manufacture and evaluation of a hammer mill that will be used for the grinding of calcined beef bone, analyzing the characteristics of the material produced that will be used as organic fertilizer increasing the nutritional content of the soil for growth Of different crops. The small hammer mill is designed and built with locally available materials. It evaluates the operation of the mill and the action of organic fertilizer on arable land of the community of Alambí, Parish Nono in the Province of Pichincha. The analysis developed in the present work helps to evaluate the ideal particle size for fertilization and to improve the productive capacity of the land. In addition with the construction of the mill it will be possible to optimize the time and the labor used in the elaboration of the fertilizer.en_US
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación es el diseño, fabricación y evaluación de un molino de martillos que se utilizará para la trituración de hueso de res calcinado, analizando las características del material producido que se utilizará como abono orgánico aumentando el contenido nutricional del terreno para el crecimiento de diferentes cultivos. El pequeño molino de martillos es diseñado y construido con materiales disponibles localmente. Se evalúa el funcionamiento del molino y la acción del abono orgánico en tierras cultivables de la Comunidad de Alambí, Parroquia Nono en la Provincia de Pichincha. El análisis desarrollado en el presente trabajo ayuda a evaluar el tamaño de partícula ideal para realizar el abono y mejorar la capacidad productiva de los terrenos. Además con la construcción del molino se podrá optimizar el tiempo y la mano de obra utilizada en la elaboración del abono.en_US
