Abstract

Occupational health and safety management is an important axis of current management, around which are structured the fundamental processes of organizational activities that trace the way of the company towards development, making feasible the achievement of corporate goals through the creation of an integrated and organized structure, in which the processes are fulfilled in the most optimal way taking full advantage of the available resources. In the sense, the present work aims at the identification of hazards, evaluation of risks and controls of "CONSORCIO CONSULTOR HIDROAUSTRAL (CCH)", based on current legal regulations, to install a culture of SAFETY and thus avoid possible damages to the integrity of the people.
