| Resumen traducido: | El diseño e implementación del Reglamento de Seguridad Industrial e Higiene comprende cuatro capítulos: En el primer capítulo se realizará un análisis de la historia de la Seguridad Industrial e Higiene, generalidades, y agentes contaminantes Se realizó el estudio de a través del método de la observación para conocer las normas de Seguridad Industrial e Higiene que la Compañía estaba utilizando En el segundo capítulo se revisará la normativa legal tanto nacional como internacional para aplicar en la elaboración del reglamento de Seguridad Industrial e Higiene laboral de esta manera guiar a los trabajadores en el control de riesgos laborales y peligros; tratando de minimizar accidentes y enfermedades laborales Los Ingenieros encargados de las obras al tener un grupo de trabajadores establecido entre quince y veinte por construcción han establecido sus propias normas para cuidar del bienestar del personal, dejando a un lado el reglamento de seguridad e higiene ya que no cuentan con el mismo. En el tercer capítulo se analizará los riesgos laborales de Compañía Pecaconst a través de la Matriz de análisis de riesgos para adoptar las medidas necesarias y preventivas con el fin de evitar accidentes El cuarto capítulo se elabora el Reglamento de Seguridad Industrial e Higiene laboral de esta manera los Ingenieros Pérez Cárdenas puedan contar con el documento para difundirlo a los trabajadores e implementar una cultura de responsabilidad y cuidado |
