Estrategias utilizadas en el acompañamiento terapéutico a niños con TEA en el centro de diagnóstico MIX UP en el año 2025

Abstract

The systematization focuses on the impact generated by the strategies used in therapeutic support for children with ASD at the Mix Up diagnostic center. The objective of this systematization is to analyze these applied strategies through their theoretical basis and observed functionality. It uses a qualitative research design and an analytical approach, working with the therapist to examine their development and results. This approach allows for explaining their contribution and interpretation within the therapeutic process. The subjects of study are the children and all interveners who work directly with the child, such as parents or primary caregivers, who must actively participate in the development of the intervention, since therapeutic support is based on the interaction between the expert team and the child's family. The sampling technique is nonprobabilistic and based on membership. Qualitative analysis techniques such as flexible interviews, focus groups, and direct observation will be used. To validate the scope of the exploration, rigorous criteria typical of subjective research will be applied, such as safety, learning modification, continuous demand, and comfort. Conscious consent will be required from all participants, ensuring the privacy and hidden identity of their records. Mix Up offers daily sessions that reflect the consistency and commitment of the therapeutic group, emphasizing coordination within the family group and also addressing the educational aspect by encouraging active participation in the intervention. Based on the project, it was evident that the strategies employed during therapeutic follow-up are adaptable and accessible to each child's profile, resulting in a high degree of adaptability.
