Análisis estructural de galpón destinado al almacenamiento de insumos farmacéuticos en el km 6.5 vía Durán-Tambo

Abstract

The present job focuses on carrying out a structural analysis of a warehouse intended for the storage of pharmaceutical products, located at Km 6.5 of the Durán-Tambo highway. This initiative addresses the need to create infrastructure that complies with existing regulations, ensuring the structural integrity and usability of the area. To do this, both static and dynamic analysis techniques were used with the SAP 2000 technological tool, taking into account the unique characteristics of the terrain, permanent and transient loads, along with the climatic factors of the region. The findings include technical suggestions to improve structural layout, ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards established by the (NEC), as well as other international regulations such as AISC 360. Regarding the choice of material for the analysis, A36 steel was selected, which has a yield limit of 〖2530 kg/cm〗^2. This emerges because it indicates carbon steel for plates, profiles such as (beams, angles and channels). It is distinguished due to its multiple benefits such as adequate mechanical properties, workability, availability and cost. The high accessibility in the local market makes it a material that is easy to acquire and provide materials in an ideal way. Likewise, its durability and versatility speeds up the process of building a shed. Additionally, its ductility allows for the creation of safe and cost-effective connections. Likewise, the durability of the material against different pathological processes such as corrosion is of utmost importance since applying protective coatings prevents damage to the structure, thus protecting all the components protected therein.
