Síndrome de burnout y adicción al trabajo en docentes de secundaria en un colegio del norte de Quito, en el año 2023

Abstract

This is a degree work in the option of research in the area of work psychology, specifically about burnout syndrome and work addiction. The general objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between burnout syndrome and work addiction in high school teachers of a school in the north of Quito, in the year 2023. The development of the theoretical framework consists of two parts, the first part explains about burnout syndrome and the second part about work addiction. The research used the Maslasch test to measure burnout syndrome and the Duwas-10 to measure work addiction. In general terms, it was found that there is a moderate relationship between the two variables. However, according to the statistical analysis there is no significant correlation.
