Implementación de un manual para integración del módulo PowerLogic ION7400 al laboratorio de redes industriales sede Cuenca

Abstract

The document presents a manual for integrating PowerLogic into an industrial network laboratory, with the aim of incorporating practical aspects into the teaching process. Practical setups related to the industry are researched and validated, and theoretical and security aspects are addressed to properly configure the PowerLogic ION7400. Therefore, 4 practices have been developed: - Communication of the PowerLogic™ ION7400 module to the industrial networks’ laboratory. - Monitoring of 3 automatic motors integrated to the ION7400 of the industrial networks’ laboratory. - Monitoring of the ION7400 module through the PME in the industrial networks’ laboratory. - Monitoring of an automatic bottling machine implemented to the ION7400 in the PLC laboratory. Finally, a list of recommendations and conclusions is made, which refer to the integration of the module and suggest a good strategy for carrying out the practical exercises.
