Abstract

This research is based on a retrospective, longitudinal and descriptive development of a non-experimental type under a quantitative approach, which will allow the implementation of a proposal that allows adequate time management and guarantees the increase in efficiency of the flexographic machine. In the same way, to identify the problems and causes that have generated, the cause and effect diagram was implemented, while with the development of the stages of the SMED methodology, it contributed to the identification of both internal and external activities, in addition to the identification of possible improvements within the set times, in order to reduce times and increase the productivity of the printing operational part.
