Propuesta de mitigación de riesgo laboral para el área de talleres de un Astillero Naval en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

The need to analyze the possible damage and illnesses in the members of the personal causes due to the lack of prevention within the area of mechanical workshops of the companies dedicated to the shipyard activity becomes relevant when verifying how these faults do not only to the staff, but to the image of the company. To achieve the most accurate analysis possible, several basic research tools were used, such as surveys and observation. in the field or workplace, which allow knowing the opinion of the members of the payroll in the shipyards without generating fear of compromising their position in the company. meeting them basic data, periods of change and maintenance of safety equipment and work machinery, hand in hand with the employees, has made it possible to determine the different risks, their type, and thus the application of a prevention matrix of risks that promote helping the institution to implement its use in order to reduce accidents and possible deaths caused by accidents that can be prevented, thus verifying with the existing legal parameters within the nation.
