| Resumen traducido: | This research aims to determine the relationship between leadership and the implementation of the "EFQM" quality model in the UESJLS. The research is non-experimental with a quantitative approach. Additionally, non-measurable characteristics of the consumer were evaluated in terms of the correlation between the results, it was possible to determine that the leadership and development and involvement of people of 0.966; Results orientation 0.842 and institutional leadership 0.953, this means that the model shows that the variables are significant and affect the leadership of the "EFQM" quality model in the UESJLS. Finally, it is determined that the model shows the significant variables for it, which are the Development and involvement of people and the Institutional Leadership that really have an impact on the implementation of the EFQM model in the educational institution. |
| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo y la implementación del modelo de calidad “EFQM” en la UESJLS. La investigación es de tipo no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo. Adicionalmente se evaluó características no medibles del consumidor en cuanto a la correlación entre los resultados se pudo determinar que el liderazgo y desarrollo e implicación de personas de 0,966; Orientación a resultados 0,842 y liderazgo institucional 0,953 esto significa que el modelo muestra que las variables son significativas e inciden en el liderazgo del modelo de calidad “EFQM” en la UESJLS. Finalmente se determina que el modelo muestra las variables significativas para el mismo que son el Desarrollo e implicación de las personas y el Liderazgo institucional que realmente tienen un impacto ante la implementación del modelo EFQM en la institución educativa |
