Abstract

In the proposal of this case analysis, the internal and external aspects that interfere with work performance within a department are taken into account. The reasons and causes why a work area tends to affect your productivity directly for specific reasons are highlighted. For its development, different methodologies were formulated, in order to be able to reach forceful conclusions. Topics such as labor efficiency and effectiveness, productivity indices, measurement of results through matrices that allowed an effective evaluation to be carried out will be highlighted. An administrative tool was changed, which allowed us to investigate the problematic roots that are exerted within this organization, called the Ishikawa Diagram.
