Resumen :	This technical project corresponds to the design of a plan to improve the performance of the production processes in the lubricant factory through the application of Lean Manufacturing techniques. A diagnosis of the performance level of the production processes in the company was carried out; The production processes that generate loss of time and timely obtaining of the products were also identified, and improvements in the level of performance of the production processes were proposed through the application of Lean Manufacturing techniques. An investigation about Lean Manufacturing techniques was carried out to give greater theoretical weight to this project, this served to understand in a more timely manner what the use of these techniques means.
